Prior to becoming pastor of Watchorn Church in January 2023, Ryan oversaw Jacksdale & Selston Community Church (Nottingham). Ryan has been married to Joy for nineteen years and has three lovely girls. He enjoys being outside and playing sports.
Joy Clarke
Head of Centre
Joy ran a sales team of eighteen people for over two years and has experience in PA, managing sales, bookings, and finance. She is the proud mum of three girls, all of whom are in Christian education.
Charlotte Marshall
Head of Access
Charlotte has worked in education for the last fifteen years. She began as a Communication Support Worker for the D/deaf and hearing impaired before qualifying as a teacher. She has taught English literature and language at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. She currently holds a position at Nottingham Trent University as a lecturer in Academic Practice, working with level 7 learners to achieve their teaching qualifications.
